Gayathri had a fleeting crush on Sajith back in Highschool when he didn't even know she existed. Life moved ahead, but destiny had its own plans. Years later, when Gayathri was looking for a sign, Sajith appeared again, as if life had quietly planned it all along. Both grew up in Dubai, where friendship slowly transformed into love and like every love story, they had their ups and downs such as a long distance relationship that made their bond stronger. Soon after, they got married and began their new life together in London. Their first year of marriage became the foundation of their relationship, a time of discovering new things about each other and finding joy in the small moments of everyday life.

To celebrate this year of togetherness, we planned to do an anniversary shoot with the theme “Elopement in the woods”. The setting at Coombe Abbey Valley Hotel in Coventry and the quiet charm of Cannock Chase Forest beautifully reflected their story. Every frame spoke of freedom, love, and a connection. Nothing felt planned. Each moment, each smile, and every touch carried the ease of two people completely in sync with one another. Filming them is a reminder of why we started Wedding Photography in the first place.

The decor by PODM Events added a charm to the space, blending beautifully with the nature. The day was hosted by Hipnoteic Stays, a 110 year old British bungalow known for its aesthetic architecture and timeless character, which added a touch of old money to the day.

It was a dream come true wedding and the kind of love that makes everything feel still even among the chaos. Every frame carried the spirit of two people who always wanted to keep their wedding close to nature.

Ten years of love, laughter, and togetherness brought Gokul & Vandhana to one of nature’s most magical stages – the majestic Athirapally Waterfalls. Beneath the powerful cascade and amidst the lush greenery, they chose to celebrate a milestone close to their hearts: renewing the promises they made a decade ago.

The ceremony was intimate yet enchanting, blending elegance with the rustic beauty of Kerala’s charm.
